What Does this ultrasound And Chest Xray Result Mean?

my wife age 27 yrs having fever comin and going ,headache,congestion,inproper digestion,some times loose motion. After ultra sound of abdomman lever is having sweeling. After checst XRA small calcified opacities in right upper zone please advice about opacities

Hi,
From report it shows that there is enalrged liver might be due to fatty liver or some infection in liver.
Further report of liver function tests will give more information about liver condition.
Having calcified opacities in right upper zone shows that you might be having chronic healed pulmonary tuberculosis in the past.
Co relate these findings with your clinical problem.
